October — Loose Florals with Acrylic Painting

Friday 2nd October. 5:30pm-7:30pm

Learn to paint expressive and atmospheric florals in this beginner-friendly adult technique class focused on loose acrylic painting techniques. Students will explore how to simplify floral forms, use expressive brushwork, and create movement and softness through layering and intuitive paint application.

Rather than focusing on realism, this class encourages confidence, freedom, and developing a more relaxed and painterly approach to acrylic painting.

• Composition and floral arrangement studies

Participants are encouraged to bring their own art journal or visual diary to document sketches, colour palettes, and painting studies throughout the class. Journals are also available to purchase in the studio for $10 each, and existing students are welcome to continue using their studio journals.

All other tools and materials are provided.
